Chuck received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an option in Accounting from California State University at Northridge in 1984.

Chuck is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the California State Board of Accountancy.

Chuck is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

EXPERIENCE AND AREAS OF PRACTICE

Chuck joined GSC, Certified Public Accountants as a Vice President in 2003. Previous to joining GSC, Certified Public Accountants, Chuck was a Partner and headed the Audit Department at a large local CPA firm in the San Fernando Valley. Chuck has extensive experience working with closely held businesses and their owners in the area of business consulting and the performance of attestation engagements. Chuck's professional experience includes over 25 years in public accounting, and working in the private sector as the Chief Financial Officer for a wholly-owned subsidiary of a publicly held company. Chuck has worked with clients in various industries such as manufacturing, retail, non-profit, legal, healthcare and other service providers.
